You will lead front of house service, welcoming guests and ensuring a consistently high standard of hospitality.

You will oversee the day to day running of the guest bedrooms, maintaining cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort.

You will work closely with the Head Chef and owners to ensure food, drink, and accommodation standards align.

You will provide continuous 1:1 nursing care, medication management, monitoring of chronic conditions and coordination with local doctors and clinics.

You will have a high standard of personal hygiene and ideally hold an Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate though this is not essential.
