You will be responsible for driving volume, distribution and profit through effective account planning and joint business plans for assigned regional customers (typically Independent Wholesalers and on-trade accounts). Please note this role will require full UK right to work as this role is not sponsored.
You will already have experience in working within a busy restaurant and/or bar and be looking for the next step in your career, you will be the face of the restaurant and bar within our hotel, you'll help control the flow, and communicate with the Kitchen and the management team to ensure smooth and controlled dining experience for our guests.
You will often work alone, so will need to be confident to manage a busy breakfast service. There's no need to have been to catering college or have a high level of qualifications.
You will be responsible for the prep of all breakfast items for the following day, plus general support to the kitchen for the day ahead, including providing staff lunch.
