You will play a key role in designing and implementing robust APIs, user interfaces, and data pipelines that power our in-house system. Responsibilities Develop, and maintain in-house Python-based applications using Flask. Build and optimise both user interfaces and APIs. Develop and manage ETL pipelines with concurrency to handle large-scale data processing.
You will lead project teams and manage the execution of capital projects, ensuring they meet time, budget, and quality standards. The role requires a strong engineering background, knowledge of safety regulations, and the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
You will have the opportunity to work on a range of transactions, including but not limited to acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasing, and property finance. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will build a strong foundation for a successful career in commercial property.
You will have the following qualities/experience: BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or experience equivalent. Membership of RICS, ICES or CIOB (or working towards). Experience with key contracts such as NEC. Good communication skills. Great Teamwork / Role Mode.
You will know the local market and have experience in running a busy Food and Beverage department at Head of Department level ideally within a similarly sized property.
