You will work in a specialist inpatient neurological rehabilitation and complex care service that caters for individuals with neurological illnesses, acquired brain injuries, and spinal cord injuries. This service provides person-centred care with state-of-the-art facilities tailored for those over 18 years with complex neurological care needs.
You will work 37.5 hours a week alongside an established multidisciplinary team at Badby Park, where you'll be responsible for the operational, strategic, financial and day-to-day running of units.
You will work towards achieving 100% in supervision and appraisal, and in mandatory training on your unit as you will oversee the recruitment, selection, appraisal and development of staff.
