Responsibilities Overseeing maintenance operations by monitoring, prioritising, and optimising service and maintenance requests and proactively updating customers on progress.
You will work closely with the site team using established document control systems and protocols. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a major infrastructure project and contribute to its successful delivery.

You will take client Statements of Need and develop them into outline schemes, supporting Target Cost development and finalisation.
You will interpret engineering drawings and create specifications for Mechanical and Electrical Design Teams, ensuring systems are properly integrated into preconstruction plans.
