You will work closely with our Lead Technician, ensuring projects meet exacting standards and are completed within deadlines. Additionally, as our TIG Welder / TIG Fabricator you will: - Fabricate and TIG weld vacuum chambers, components and sub-assemblies. - Collaborate with the Lead Technician to align work schedules and project timelines.

You will work from a dedicated vehicle fully equipped with specialist tools to recover vehicles.

You will need to have held a full UK driving licence for a minimum of three years and hold a Class 1 or Class 2 licence along with a valid DCPC. Basic salary depends on driving licence category, with the opportunity to enhance your pay with regular overtime and bonus schemes.

You will lead, coach and develop a shift-based engineering team while remaining actively involved in maintenance, breakdown response, fabrication and improvement work. You'll play a key role in improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime and building a high-performance, safety-first culture.
