You will be required to join the care team to assist a lovely young lady who has physical and learning disabilities to support her in her fully adapted home, near Barmouth North Wales, where she lives with her Mum and siblings. The successful applicant will need to assist the young lady with all aspects of daily living and help her to engage in activities at home and in the community.
You will be part of my amazing team which is led by my Mum and a Team Leader, with support from my case manager. I am described by the people who know me best as ‘amazing, determined, funny and loving’, I am sociable and have a great sense of humour.
You will need to be calm and patient under pressure with the ability to work your hours flexibly.
You will be ensuring that young people receive personalised and sensitive care that meets their psychological, physical, and health needs.
You will also be part of an on-call rota: one weeknight in nine, plus one weekend (Friday night, Saturday, Sunday) in nine. What You'll Need to Succeed:
