You will be fully supported by senior staff in achieving a high standard of work given the opportunities and training to develop your knowledge and skills.

You will be responsible for supporting Social Care Assistants in their role.

You must be able to work shifts, including weekends, on a rota basis.

You will have basic IT skills, be registered with the SSSC and be a member of the PVG Scheme. You are also comfortable working within and upholding the Christian ethos of CrossReach.

You will also be required to be registered with SSSC and it is your professional responsibility to ensure that you meet the standards and criteria for registration.

You will also need to become amember of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and undertake the necessary vetting checks.
