You will also work with a large number of retailers who operate from the site on a concession basis.
You will be liaising with buying, merchandising, space planning and suppliers, as well as the team based in the store itself.
You will have the autonomy over the layout of the store, the depth of range stocked and promotional planning.
You will also assume responsibility for the training, performance, and development of your team. This role is unlike no other and requires an outgoing, highly motivated, and excellent people manager to be successful in the role.
You will also only work seven days in every fortnight meaning you have a much better work/life balance.
You will be responsible for the development of your team.
You will receive a salary of £33, plus a 12% bonus. There is a benefits package that includes healthcare, discounts, free parking etc.
You will also receive training and support to thrive in your role.
You will be working two weekends a month.
