You will be supporting with the caseload and will be forefront of the business for clients assisting with a range of queries providing excellent support and guidance. The role will be chasing up documents and details which are required you will be processing these accordingly and updating the case management system.
You must be over 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK. Minimum of 2 years experience in supporting individuals with complex needs and challenging behavours, supporting vulnerable individuals with learning disabilities, autism and personality disorders. PVMA or CPI training would be advantageous, but this can be provided.
You must also have a professional telephone manner and the ability to cope with a high volume of calls whilst remaining calm under pressure.
You must be able to handle different types of calls and email enquiries, adapting your style to our customers’ needs and be able to navigate computer systems
