You will be tasked with converting Wedding and Event enquiries into bookings, the running of a wedding operationally on the day and the professional administration in the department.
You will need to have a keen eye for detail, be an effective communicator and possess an engaging manner, with the ability to implement company standards.
You will be the main point of contact for wedding couples throughout their planning journey, supported by our operational teams on the day.
You will be responsible for planning and delivering memorable weddings, private functions, and corporate events, while also driving new business opportunities and maximising revenue for the hotel. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients from initial enquiry through to post-event follow-up.
