You will lead, develop and understand digital strategies for our clients, and ensure they are delivered to an exceptional standard by working effectively with all teams in the department.

You will work closely with the Account Teams to identify opportunities for client growth. Support Strategic Account Manager and the Paid Team on the delivery of strategy. Work collaboratively with the Senior Paid Manager. Line Manage the Paid Execs and Senior Paid Execs in the team.

You will lead a team across your shift, drive continuous improvement through Lean methodologies, and maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).

You will also be assigned an expert tutor and a support mentor who will work with you 1-2-1 or in group sessions to provide additional training and support. You will be working 5 days out of 7, ideally Thursday to Monday, BUT there is some flexibility here in order to make the position more attractive and workable for the successful individual.
