You will be responsible for building and delivering the SDS Plus new business pipeline, providing account management support for new and existing customers, and helping to raise the brands profile in key markets.
You will be coming on board having a special focus on maintenance and support of our current software
You will be required to expand the software’s functionality by connecting other SAAS applications in the marketplace through APIs
You will work closely with the wider development team as well as our outsourced development team to develop new and exciting features
You will be responsible for initiating contact with prospective customers via phone and email to generate qualified and set up opportunities.
You must be able to work proactively in a fast-paced environment, having excellent verbal and written communication, in conjunction with positive interpersonal skills.
