You will take a pro-active approach to supporting Personal Development Managers (Assessors) to deliver progressive teaching, learning and assessment visits with learners in line with our curriculum approaches and awarding organisation standards, observing practice and working with them to drive improvements through Quality Development Plans and team standardisations.

You will be confident communicating with customers, highly organised, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

You will play a key role in supporting inspection readiness and driving improvements that make a real difference.

You will report to the Programme Manager for this service, and will be accountable for a variety of project related activities, supporting strategic projects delivering transformative change across multiple service areas.

You will contribute across the full technology stack, shaping new features while improving performance, security, and automation. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, collaborating with product teams, and delivering high-quality software in an Agile environment.

You will work closely with engineering, projects, manufacturing, and sales teams to ensure all designs are fit-for-purpose, compliant, and optimised for efficient manufacture.
