You will play a key role in enhancing the tracking and analysis of marketing campaigns to understand customer behavior, optimize web and mobile app journeys, and to dive into the effects of any changes made. Your responsibilities will cover:

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and deliver campaigns, manage digital content, and analyse performance metrics.

You will be responsible for promoting Maths Champions to early years settings, increasing brand visibility, and helping to drive enrolments through targeted campaigns and setting engagement.

You will also build and maintain relationships by working collaboratively with other departments and external stakeholders to ensure we meet their expectations.

You will manage your day-to-day workload whilst also supporting your team.

You will have excellent communication skills - able to effectively write and communicate via email and on the phone.

You will gain exposure to various areas of cyber security including network security, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, incident response as well as assisting with the implementation of security policies.

You will lead the forecasting for key initiatives like price changes and promotions, develop robust reporting suites with our data team, and conduct deep-dive analysis to answer key business questions. From assessing the impact of free delivery on appliances to helping build customer segmentation models, your work will directly influence commercial strategy and performance.

You will have responsibility for leading NPD projects from end to end working with the consumer insights department to create a strong sales story. You’ll need well developed stakeholder management skills as you’ll be collaborating cross functionally with the marketing strategy & pricing team, comms senior brand manager, the sales team and R&D team to ensure launches deliver commercial excellence.
