You will be the first point of contact for tenants, landlords, and contractors, playing a key role in ensuring our properties are well managed and our clients receive a professional, responsive service. Reporting into our Operations Manager, you will work with a high level of autonomy day to day, while having clear support and direction when needed.

You will be based at our main Lichfield hospital on a 5 day per week rota and will work alongside our account's and insurance team.

You will also be required to submit works for jobs for all 4 practices in conjunction with the practice manager.

You must be able to work in a fast paced environment and as part of a large team.
