You will be responsible for a wide range of HR administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes, and providing excellent customer service to our employees. You must have previous administrative experience and can provide at least one reference. You will assist in key technical projects, responsible for ensuring high standards of capacity, continuity and availability of all systems under the Data Centre team's remit.
You will help plan and deliver engagement activities, wellbeing initiatives, training coordination, and small HR projects and events, directly contributing to a positive employee experience across the business.
You will act as a first point of contact for colleagues and managers, offering practical HR guidance to ensure policies are followed and employees feel supported.
You will be working in modern premises with excellent facilities. The practice has a great clinical support team in place including experienced and knowledgeable GPs. The workload is manageable as well, with a low number of home visits each week. The practice is very supportive of specialist interests and encourages their GPs to develop an area of interest and utilise it within the practice.
