You will have a demonstrable track record of building and growing a team of advisers, excellent leadership skills, experience of working within compliance oversight, the drive and ambition to take on a role which will be focused on continued growth, whilst also being prepared to be hands-on in advising an existing client portfolio in the short-term whilst building your advisory team.

You will undertake regulatory visits to client firms in line with their service agreement and ensure that the content of the visit is appropriate with firm's requirements (e.g. risks assessments, supervision etc).
