You will predominantly be working as a front-line engineer to maintain, and support installed assets for this area of the site working closely with the team leader. You'll be working across our cheese and whey production and our large-scale water processing facility.

You will lead a multi-skilled team, manage contractors, and ensure the estate is maintained to the highest standards through planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance.

You will need to be a great communicator who can share knowledge, experience and best practices

You will need to have the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across all areas whilst remaining flexible

You must be adaptable to change, whilst being able to challenge effectively

You will be joining diverse teams working at a high professional level with exceptional levels of commitment.

You will mentor and support Design Leads to ensure successful delivery of the Engineering outputs, ensuring technical excellence, risk management and a commitment and adherence to the highest design standards in relation to safety, health, and environment (SHE).

You will lead the maintenance and grounds team to make sure that the department runs seamlessly.
