You will deal with complaints promptly in an open and honest way

You will ensure that each shift runs as smoothly as possible and that our values form part of your shift management

You will be expected to lead from the front, you will be hands on most of the time, working on the line and dining area

You will also need for the Workshop and Warehouse Assistant role: A good eye for detail. Conscientious and hard-working. An excellent team player. Good organisation skills. An understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. A counterbalance forklift license is advantageous but not essential.

You will be required to lead the SQCDP board review at the beginning fo every shift to ensure targets are clearly set out for the team. Monitor shift attendance by reporting any absences to management and logging these on the correct HR systems, whilst monitoring the Absence Management Procedures.

You should have a track record of commerciality, people management and an understanding of customer service.
