You will be responsible for: Coordinating the store team to deliver an easy, fuss-free shopping experience for customers Supporting your colleagues, ensuring they deliver daily priorities and take regular breaks Opening and closing the store, and completing duty cover, ensuring all decisions made are right for everyone's safety

You will support our system administrators with the configuration of user data and course setup as well offering advice on "how to" across our products.

You will also assist our learners in accessing/navigating our platforms whilst helping them to participate in relevant learning.
