You will be joining at a fantastic time as they look to increase their workforce within the Stores and Warehouse team. Starting rate £16.26phPrincipal Purpose To ensure the safe and efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of warehouse materials, goods and products to feed business operations and customer demand.
You will lead a small team of picker/packers, ensuring smooth, accurate, and efficient order fulfilment. Key priorities include maintaining stock control, improving systems, upholding safety standards, and fostering a motivated, high-performing team culture.
You must be able to drive and have your own transport due to location.
