You will be responsible for providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to our patients, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. Duties and Responsibilities: To provide pharmaceutical care to patients to ensure safe, effective, legal and economic medicines use. Provide advice on all aspects of drug therapy to patients and colleagues.
