You will help our clients to maximise their sense of wellbeing and independence through tailored, ongoing care and support and will help facilitate engagements with their peers and out in their local community utilising opportunities for personal development.
You must also be over 21 years of age to meet industry regulations - Level 3 / 4 Diploma in Childrens & Young Peoples workforce would be great although this is not essential - Flexibility to work shifts including weekends - our shifts are 22:30pm 8:00am with 4 nights on 4 nights off rotation.
