Waking Night Support Worker jobs in Cornwall

You will be supporting one older gentleman in his own home. What does a Waking Night Support Worker do? As a Waking Night Support Worker you will be expected to provide an outstanding level of support that will enormously contribute to the people we support, living a more comfortable, dignified, liberated and happy life.

You will keep written records, using IT systems as required to help you including support plans, incident log and health and safety records. Creating a calm therapeutic environment for the people we support. Supporting people to make the most of their late evenings / nights when they wish toProvide personal care when required.

You will play a vital role in helping young individuals on their journey towards attending college, securing a job, enjoying music festivals, building relationships, and most importantly, acquiring the skills they need to become as independent as possible.
