You will be responsible for managing the scheme rota, recruitment and induction of new staff. This role may also require managerial shifts covering the weekend where necessary to ensure full and consistent cover of all shifts. You will use relationship based Social Work skills to understand the needs of this adult service user group and work collaboratively to create care and support plans that reflect person-centred outcomes.

You must be willing to develop yourself and your skills.
