You will be based at our Explore Learning centre in Leeds Moortown full-time.
You will be an inspirational leader with a proven track record of motivating, developing and supporting people in a fast-paced environment. You’ll bring strong people management skills – able to set direction, take action and empower others to deliver improvements.
You will be involved in the management and smooth running of all aspects of the Centre.
You will report directly to the Centre Director, Professor Sebastian Crutch and will work closely with other members of the RDS/RDSC Executive team (Head of Support Services and Governance Lead).
