You will be part of a global engineering team delivering innovative, integrated solutions that improve safety, efficiency, and performance across people, facilities, and assets.
You will contribute to scalable solutions deployed across on-premise, cloud, and edge environments.
You will join a global engineering function responsible for the reliability and transformation of the organisation's Unified Communications, Voice, and Audio/Visual infrastructure.
You will lead key migration and modernisation initiatives, including the move from legacy voice gateways to modern SBC platforms and the migration of enterprise voice infrastructure into cloud environments.
You will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to design, deploy and support SIP and VoIP-based voice platforms. Configuring and planning work, fault finding at protocol level, and joining customer calls to explain technical designs, security considerations and voice architectures.
You will play a key role in shaping and transforming enterprise voice, unified communications and collaboration platforms used across international offices and trading environments.
You will lead major migration and modernisation initiatives, including cloud adoption for SBC platforms, replacement of legacy voice gateways, and continued evolution of Microsoft Teams voice and AV environments.
