You must be able to engage positively with the service users based at our Bromley Common service and their families and to build trusting relationships. Good written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role, as is the ability to provide respectful personalised care.

You will be paid weekly.

You will be expected to undertake the statutory requirements of your role and that of the local authority to include Care Act duties, Safeguarding, both adult and children. You are required to have proven experience of supervision, mentoring or supporting the learning of others.

You must hold a Dip SW, CQSW or degree in Social Work and be a qualified AMHP and Practice Educator.
