You will be part of a supportive team doing all sorts of things – from security and searches at the gate, to managing deliveries, supervising visitors, and monitoring phone calls and CCTV. It’s a varied and active job involving tasks which combine some desk duties with more physical tasks such as lifting, carrying and walking to escort vehicles across the prison grounds.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all our visitors follow the infection control rules in force at any given time, also taking the lead on coordinating any testing requirements, organising couriers and associated administrative tasks.

You will have previous experience from an administrative or reception job and confident using Microsoft Office.

You will be required to sort and process the donations and goods received, helping replace sold items on the shop floor with the best stock, to create a brilliant shopping environment.

You will also be expected to understand and advise donors about Gift Aid and its importance to the charity.
