You will provide excellent customer care, interact with visitors, manage admission, and assist in retail operations. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills, customer service experience, and a good educational background. The position is part-time, 12 hours per week, with a pay rate of £14.08 per hour plus holiday entitlement.

You should have the ability to lead and work within a skill mixed team and deliver allocated components of the Healthy Child Programme. The post holders will have a lead role within maximising the health of children, families and the community.

You must be able to meet the travel requirements of the post.

You will provide direct administrative support across Estates & Services, including: Administration & Office Support Taking and preparing meeting minutes Preparing letters, correspondence and management documentation Setting up and maintaining office systems and accurate records

You will join a supportive Facilities team working across multiple sites in the north of the borough, helping to maintain a secure, compliant, and well-functioning estate for colleagues and visitors.

You will support out-of-hours call out procedures on a rota basis and assist with general facilities and security duties throughout the estate.
