You will be responsible for supervising engineers, managing resources, and supporting customer contracts, while driving performance against key KPIs. You must have the passion and drive to take a lead role in continuing to improve the quality of the services we provide to the people we support and to effectively lead and support local Team Facilitators to manage our frontline support staff.

You will be the commercial figure head, accountable for driving and delivering a high quality technical service to our customers and continuously looking to improve the quality of the internal and field support services we provide.

You will be responsible for investigating and resolving customer queries, ensuring customers feel listened to, informed, and supported throughout their journey.

You will also be comfortable using technology, particularly Microsoft Office, including Excel, and confident building positive relationships both internally and externally.

You will be school locality-based, initially working in The James Young High School and Inveralmond Community High School learning communities, in Livingston, and a variety of community settings, which may include youth clubs, community centres, outdoor learning venues, local churches, private sector venues and care settings.

You will play a key role in ensuring compliance, safety, and system reliability across customer sites. Key Responsibilities - Carry out routine PPM in line with scheduled tasks and industry standards. - Respond effectively to reactive maintenance calls, breakdowns, and emergency situations.
