You will work within corporate teams and be rostered to work in our duty hub covering a defined geographical area. You'll be supported by Team Leaders and various dedicated health professionals including Health Visitors, School Nurses and Community Health Workers. You'll lead and manage changing and challenging work load priorities.
You will also ensure the site and facilities are clean and presentable.
You will have experience of providing excellent customer service within a leisure and tourism environment, strong staff supervisory skills, as well as being able to work independently.
You will be required to work weekends and Bank Holidays.
You will be based at UoP and line-managed by Susie Pearce with support from other co-investigators.
You should be confident conducting fieldwork in health and care settings, analysing qualitative data, and wider scoping and engagement processes.
You will be required to travel regularly to Plymouth as well as collecting data from health and care providers in the regions listed above.
You will report to and work closely with the Head of Food & Beverage and play a direct role in shaping the visitor experience.
You must have a technical qualification and previously worked in a technical role, perhaps as an Electrical or Electronics Engineer as well as proven experience in business-to-business sales or specification or market development roles within the electrical switchgear or power management industry.
