You will be joining Birmingham City Council, one of the largest local authorities in Europe, known for its commitment to supporting residents and improving housing outcomes across the city.
You will also investigate overcrowding concerns, assess housing connection claims, and maintain accurate case records.
You will also help prevent and detect housing-related fraud and work collaboratively with internal teams and accommodation providers. Key Responsibilities - Conduct regular visits to temporary accommodation, including bed and breakfast and nightly paid placements. - Carry out suitability assessments and identify health, safety, and management concerns.
You will be joined by a team of admin assistants, schedulers, optical assistants, and optometrists, that will support you directly from the office based in Plympton, to operate your business.
You will have the ability to shape your clinics and scheduling directly through your team.
