You will lead and mentor a team of qualified and part-qualified accountants, supporting their technical and professional development while maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
You will be working closely with one of the firms partners as a key support, delivering a wide spectrum of accounting and advisory/planning services to your clients, building long term relationships.

You will also take a lead role in the transition of your clients to online accounting systems, and assisting with business advisory and tax planning assignments. Previous experience in a senior role within a practice is essential, and you are likely to hold either an ACA or ACCA qualification.
