You will be joining a team of 3 Vets, 3 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 3 Veterinary Care assistants, a Practice Manager and 4 reception staff.
You will be jointly responsible for embedding the Animal Trust Values, creating a caring and nurturing working environment. Working closely with our Practice Manager and Lead Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the clinic. Your responsibilities will extend to evaluating clinic KPIs and P&L, ensuring optimal performance and the continued success of the hospital.
