You should hold an NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) and have previous experience leading a venue. Have a natural people person who loves leading by example and be commercially savvy - you should understand how to balance great service with strong business performance.

You will support and coach the team to ensure the deliver a great experience and are also driving any key targets.

You will also be responsible for providing accurate rotas three weeks in advance through SAM and ensuring the system is closed accurately.

You should possess a current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ), and have relevant experience of working in a busy Pool environment.

You will be responsible for the set up and operation of lighting systems for our jam packed entertainments programme and will assist in the creative design and delivery for some of our shows.

You will also work closely with artists, performers and the wider Technical Team to ensure our entertainment continues to delight our guests and create memories that last a lifetime.
