You will be supported by a Workshop Assistant in all sessions, allowing you to focus on high-quality teaching and learner progression. Key Responsibilities * Plan, deliver, and assess engaging construction training sessions (Level 1 & 2 Multi-Skills). Teach a range of construction disciplines such as basic carpentry, bricklaying, plumbing, and painting & decorating.
You will carry out MOT’s in line with DVSA guidelines, and you will test and diagnose faults, providing written reports on component defects and/or systems with impending failure.
You will have excellent communication skills and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
