Experienced vehicle technician needed for engine servicing, diagnostics, and cam belt kits.

You will provide exceptional customer service, manage orders efficiently, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer enquiries via telephone and email, ensuring prompt and accurate responses. Process new and existing customer orders, liaising with planning, warehouse, and transport teams for timely deliveries.

You will be provided with a company service vehicle and will carry out routine servicing, repairs, and inspections of a wide range of forklift trucks and materials handling equipment at customer sites across the Central Belt and Lowlands.

You will also assist in the maintenance of our own rental fleet of approximately 300 trucks.

You will be working in our industry leading workshop and be involved in working on quality products with access to the best manufacturer products.

You will be responsible for the servicing, repair and diagnostics of all vehicles in the workshop, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standard, whilst delivering a seamless service to our customers.

You must be confident in your ability to adapt to the fast-paced environment and high standards of this main dealership. •The right individual must be a strong team player, open-minded and a friendly character who has long-term ambitions of progressing within the company.

You will be working 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday.
