You will coordinate all activities relating to SEND transport for both home to school transport and adult social care transport services across the Wigan Borough.

You will ensure that all eligible children and young people with SEND and vulnerable adults receive appropriate, efficient and safe transport.

You will work every other weekend between then hours of 08:00am through to 22:00pm.

You must be creative and self-motivating with a strong customer care ethic.

You will be able to demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills and the value of promoting independence.

You will be providing support from the Reablement service in the person’s home.
