You will be working on a unique technology that is set to disrupt the EV industry. This is a "hands-on" role where you can see your builds go from the bench to the vehicle, supported by a team that values autonomy and technical courage.
You will be responsible for building prototype units, assembling mechanical and electronic components, setting up and running validation tests, and producing clear test documentation and reports. In addition, the role includes responsibility for test equipment calibration and maintenance, ensuring all equipment remains compliant, traceable and fit for purpose.
You will be a critical team member in BCG’s Marketing function, collaborating across global Marketing, Marketing Technology, and Practice Areas, while supporting BCG accounts and client teams. Your days will be spent working with all levels of the BCG organization, including Managing Directors and Partners (and their account teams, support staff, and assistants), Marketing Directors, and peers.
You will be at the heart of our daily operations, field based, leading and organising our self - employed Installation teams, inspecting works completed. At all times providing first class service to our customers to ensure that installations are completed within agreed timescales and to Anglian's quality standards.
You will manage service delivery, engineer performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency while working closely with senior management. Full product and systems training will be provided.
