You will be required to work a 12.5 hour day shift pattern which includes weekends on a rotation of 5 days on followed by 4 days off in rotation. You may be asked to work outside of normal working hours during particularly busy periods such as the annual Stocktake period in April/May, which also requires adherence to a holiday restriction whilst the Stocktake is being undertaken.
You will play a critical role in managing the transition of product designs into manufacturable processes, while ensuring compliance with ISO 13485 standards for medical devices. The role focuses on optimising production processes and facilitating collaboration across teams to support efficient, high-quality manufacturing in a controlled environment.
