User Experience Designer jobs in Birmingham

You will maximise the use of digital systems available - leveraging automation, self-service tools, and data insights to modernise and future-proof our people services.

You will create seamless intuitive experiences for People function teams and colleagues, and use a range of communication tools and styles to provide training and documentation for the Colleague Experience & Operations teams.

You will oversee research activities across multiple teams, coach staff, and ensure alignment with design standards. Strong knowledge in both qualitative and quantitative methods is essential, along with excellent stakeholder management skills.
