You will be part of a unique team who will work together to facilitate excellent practice and shape the development of our Service.
You will contribute to this by ensuring high standards of care and support.
You will also have access to a wide range of development opportunities.
You will be responsible for supporting people living with dementia to achieve good outcomes using a range of therapeutic interventions, resources and activities as appropriate.
You will contribute to evidencing, reviewing and continually improving the quality of the services and will participate in internal audit and Care Inspectorate inspections.
You will provide individualised support to each person and engaging them with hobbies and interests to empower individuals to develop skills and independence.
You will have a genuine commitment to use your skills to support people to live their best lives.
You will have flexibility to work on a rota
You must be aged 21 or over - Formal qualifications such as: - Diploma in Public Service Interpreting (DPSI) - Community Interpreting - NRPSI, CIOL, ITI registered is advantageous - Degree in Translation/Interpreting/Languages - Any other interpreting related qualification
