You will undertake a range of statutory tasks including assessments and support planning, risk assessment and risk management and Carers' assessments.

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team and will support adults, their families, and carers, to balance the complex areas of risk and need with choice and rights.

You will be part of a team of 3, responsible for delivering a high-quality housing management service, which will include promoting independent living, providing tenancy advice and signposting to other agencies for support.

You will play a significant role within a highly engaged and successful sales team, who all share the same belief; helping our customers to improve patient care and outcomes through the use of our products and services. Our new team member must contribute to our inclusive team culture which, is very much aligned to Stryker’s values – integrity, accountability, people and performance.

You will ensure best in class service delivery to customers, ensuring health & safety standards are maintained, and ensuring environmental and O licence compliance. You will be required to assist other technicians with repairs when required.
