You will also be required to participate in the On Call Consultant rota.
You will be working for an established, stable, and agile company with over 8,000 employees and a unique approach to care delivery.
You will be an integral part of shaping the care pathways and building the culture alongside the senior leadership team.
You will assume Responsible Clinician (RC) duties for Dunnock View, with the support of non-consultant grade doctors and the Lead Consultant Psychiatrist.
You will also be required to take part in the On Call Consultant rota.
You will be required to work 40 hours per week, as a Deputy Manager within the home, you will be required to work shifts or sleep ins when needed to meet the needs of the home.
You will also be required to participate in the on call for the cluster.
