You will lead the coordination, integration, preparation, review, and approval of design activities across the Unit, ensuring high standards and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. Roles and Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the delivery of all design work for roads and structures within the Unit, ensuring contract standards are met and work is carried out by qualified staff.
You will communicate targets and action plans to staff each day via briefing sessions with the emphasis on improved reliability. Control daily workshop loading, monitor H&S practices and ensure buses are in top condition for our customers. Be responsible for the safe and efficient maintenance of this busy depot location; ensuring premises are secure, cleaned and safe for staff and visitors.
