You will come with a background in sales, recruitment or marketing and used to working to clear targets and KPIS.
You will be responsible for the whole process from sourcing high quality and appropriate placements, preparing students to go out on work placements, supporting employers to deliver a great experience and ensuring all students successfully complete their required placement hours.
You will work with a multidisciplinary team and attend weekly forensic MDT meetings, provide assessments on cases referred to the team (including consultation referrals by other teams in the Trust) and will assess patients placed OOA in secure services to monitor their progress such as attending CPA meetings and advising on their care pathways.
You will be responsible for organising and managing your own workload whilst maintaining the highest level of standards.
