About the role: Argos Shift Managers are responsible for managing shifts within our Argos stores, inspiring and motivating teams and being the go – to people for on-the-job support. You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job. We serve our customers across a number of different channels; in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive thru.
