You will take ownership of store activities by running duty shifts, co-ordinating a team to deliver a clean and full store that exceeds customer expectations.

You will have a great understanding of how your store is performing and be the specialist in delivering practical actions for its improvement by taking a hands on approach.

You will build meaningful relationships with the individuals we support, your care team and your branch support teams; promoting our company values, which are at the heart of everything we do. Due to the nature of this role, good communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential.

You will lead a team of engineers across a specialist manufacturing facility, ensuring the maintenance strategy is adhered to, meeting the agreed business KPIs, safety, quality and customer service.

You will be first line manager for up to 12 engineers, managing work allocation, across days and shifts.

You should demonstrate a sound understanding of disabilities. - Able to deliver the service with a patient and level-headed attitude. - Ability to work in a team environment as well as confidence to work with minimum supervision and using own initiative. - Excellent verbal and written communication.

You will need to have a minimum of three months recent UK experience working within a healthcare environment in a similar capacity. Shortlisted applicants will be required to attend an video interview. All positions are subject to an enhanced DBS check and we require a minimum of two satisfactory employment references.
